Invest in Tranquille Valley - Red Lake

British Columbia, Canada

The Tranquille Valley area lies just outside Kamloops' city limits, where the North and South Thompson meet and flow into Kamloops Lake.

Residents of the area value the wilderness surrounding them and the seclusion the area provides, allowing for undisturbed peace and quiet.

The Red Lake, B.C. area is home to a quality brook trout lake located approximately 50 kilometres northwest of the TNRD's largest city centre, Kamloops. The lake also holds some large rainbow trout that provide significant sport in the spring and the fall.

There are two basic routes into this popular lake. Both routes go through forest that is blessed with a lot of wildlife. These access routes are available through the City of Kamloops or the Skeetchestn Indian Reserve.

Naturally, given the expansion of available agricultural and farm lands throughout this area, the local economy is heavily reliant on the farming, agriculture and tourism industries.
